About Us
We treat top athletes and those aspiring to be. We treat everyday people too. You don't have to be a sports star to see us.
We see people with an extensive array of injuries, pains and problems. We see people who have recently injured a body part, such as their back, neck, ankle, knee or shoulder; or had ongoing problems which just don't appear to be resolving. We see people after surgery on their joints - such as shoulders, knees and spine. We see athletes for their annual musculoskeletal screening check. We assist our patients back to full health, either by specific home programmes, utilising our Pilates studio and strengthening programmes, hands on treatment, or assisting them to return to the gym, pool, tennis, walking, or just everyday life.
You don't require a referral to see us, although we do see a lot of patients who have been referred to us by their doctor or surgeon. If you are attending physiotherapy following a referral from a doctor, hospital or other health professional, it is most helpful that you bring all supporting documentation with you to the first appointment. This includes any ACC forms, X-ray reports or referral letters. This enables the physiotherapist to give you the most appropriate treatment.
